Jacqueline R. Lasky passed away on March 6, 2026 at 93 years old. Known by her closest friends and family as Jackie, for many years she was an active member of the Ladies Temple Braille Club helping to translate many books into braille for the blind as well as the Knit Wits knitting club, donating her time to create knitted goods for those in need. In her youth, she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology where she got to work with many talented fashion designers and had the opportunity to create her own line of children’s clothes. In 1952 she married the love of her life, Robert, and had 3 children before moving down to Jacksonville, Florida.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert. She is survived by her children, Sharon, Evan (Sue), and Elissa (Michael), her grandchildren Nadia (John), Bethani (Tyler), Emily, and Michael, as well as her two great-grandchildren.
