BANKS-James Frank Banks, 52, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Frank was born in Port Arthur, Texas and was a resident of the Cayman Islands and Jacksonville, FL. Frank was a practicing attorney. Funeral services and burial will be held in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; mother and step-father, Elsa and Burke Franklin; son, James Banks; step son, Jordan Jenning; niece & nephew, Kimberly and Kenneth Streeter; aunts, uncles, cousins and many other family members and special friends. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 29 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd.
