He is now resting in peace with his older brother Dennis and his mother and father Joseph Fernandez and Elsa Vega Fernandez.
James or Jimmy as his family and friends knew him, was free spirited and a guiding light for many. His kind and endearing demeanor was always apparent in his contagious smile. He loved music and dancing and was always ready to have a good time and lend a helping hand. His dogs: Rolo, Eva, Elizabeth and Lolly were his life. He will truly be missed by all as he really knew how to live life to the fullest.
