Jeanne Holdren

Jeanne Coggin Holdren, 84, passed away on April 23, 2012. She was born in Mobile, AL on September 23, 1927 the daughter of Luther W. Coggin, Sr. & Nell B. Coggin. She is survived by 2 daughters Sandra C. Holdren and Karen H. McCarthy (James), brother Luther W. Coggin (Blanche), 5 grandchildren Maurice Holdren, Grant McCarthy, James McCarthy (Amanda), Theodore McCarthy (Nancy), Rory McCarthy, 4 great-grandchildren Jeremy Casey, Connor, Savannah and Sarah McCarthy. Mrs. Holdren is preceded in death by her husband Theodore M. Holdren and daughter Cheryl H. Kiser. Jeanne was a kind and loving lady who excelled in her real estate career in Jacksonville for more than 25 years. She touched the lives of many who loved and appreciated her greatly. She was a long time member of Mandarin Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8pm on Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 26, 2012 in the chapel at Oaklawn. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
