Jeffrey Scott O'Brien, 23, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on June 18, 2012. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, he was a graduate of Englewood High School. In his spare time he thoroughly enjoyed fishing. Jeffery is preceded in death by his sister, Brittany O’Brien. Left to cherish his memory is his parents; Dalle (Andrew) Lumry and Scott (Bobbi) O’Brien; brother, Bailey O’Brien; grandparents Cindy and Bill Smith and numerous extended family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Hardage-Giddens Hendricks Avenue Chapel, 4115 Hendricks Ave. Jacksonville, FL 32207.
