We just learned the sad news about your wonderful daughter. You two may not even remember us from our AHL days, but we wanted to add our condolences. We lost a loving daughter 9/18/92 and will vist her grave tomorrow. Our prayer will include your daughter with our Linda.

I recently heard of Jennifer's passing.  Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss.  Jennifer was an inspiration to many including me as I fought through my own battle with cancer. Her support and encouragement allowed me to make it through the rough period of my treatment.  I will miss her.

I was honored to be Jen's roommate in 1997.  We both went through a lot that year and were convinced God put us there for a reason.  She had a passion for life and was the bravest & strongest person I've ever had the pleasure to know.  She loved her family more than anyone and always lit up the room.  We had a blast at the Gator game last year and talked about old times.  It was a beautiful service yesterday and I will forever miss my dear friend.  She was as genuine as they get.

Unlike Jennifer, I never used my acceptance letter to UF; now I wish I had.  We both went to Wolfson H.S. and the same synagogue.  She was one of the good guys, one of the few reasons for me to return to Jacksonville for reunions.  I am glad she found a way to have children despite the obstacles.  Olav shalom.

I am saddened by the news of Jennifer's passing.  I spent lots of time hanging out at the Verstandig home as a teenager, and literally every memory I have of Jenni is with a smile on her face (I also remember her talking a lot!).  I'm sure she went through quite a few days where smiling was made impossible by her circumstances, but her essence overcame her tragedy.  Ultimately, she left her children and family with a legacy of hope and possibility.  May her memory be a blessing.

Jennifer defined the words courage and determination. I considered it a honor to be her nurse. I loved her two little children and enjoyed reading to them. She also graduated from Wolfson with my son Dan. Her amazing legacy will live forever, and she will never be far from my heart and memories. Love and prayers always. Gail Chopra

I miss Jen so much already.  She lit up a room every time she entered and she lit up my life with her humor, her unrelenting positive attitude, her candor, and her courage. My husband and I took a walk this evening and he noticed a particularly bright star in the sky.  He asked if I knew what the star was and I instantly responded "It's Jen, of course." And I cried some more.  Wow, what a glowing life force Jen was!

I am so sorry for what you have lost.  I remember her from my years at Dupont and Wolfson.  I am glad to know she lived such a full life and used all of her years to the best of her ability.  I will keep her and your family in my thoughts.

I will forever remember Jenn for the spirit that she exuded and the positive energy that she made everyone around her feel. She made a point of telling you just how she felt and how much you meant to her. She was a truly an extraordinary person and I feel privileged to have known her.

It is with a heavy heart that we learned of Jennifer's passing. She was a very special person, and she will be sorely missed. We will always remember when she and her bone marrow donor Moshe met at the Gift of Life Gala in 2003, and how Jennifer attended the subsequent Galas over the years, including this past May. We will also always remember when Dillon came to the office to present his Bar Mitzvah Project to our staff, and Jennifer was on speakerphone to listen. On behalf of everyone at Gift of Life, and from the Feinberg family, we send our heartfelt condolences to Joe and the entire family. We love you Jennifer and will miss you; your memory will be in our hearts always.

The Lord loves us so much that He does not allow his soldiers to suffer long. I pray that family and friends can take comfort in knowing that the suffering has ended for Jennifer. Ease your mind and know that Jennifer has eased hers.

I am pained that I cannot be there tomorrow to be a support in your grief.  Jenni and Theresa are true sisters to me, and our bond cannot be broken by time, distance or even death .  I am so blessed to have known the beautiful girl who grew to be a beautiful woman, and I am blessed to have been part of both seasons.  Jenni's wedding was a time of true celebration of life that will forever be a treasured memory of how much Jenni embraced life!  My prayers are with you all as you walk into this uncertain time, and know that you are always in my thoughts and my heart.  I think I'll go watch Sound of Music now and have a good cry.
