Jennifer was born on February 4, 1979 in Jacksonville, Fl. Jennifer graduated from Rockledge High School; afterward she proudly served in the Navy as a Corpsman, but unfortunately, she was medically discharged after breaking her hip on a Ruck March. She then attended college at Saint Leo University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and a Minor in Elementary Education. After graduating, she worked at her stepfather’s company, Sohacki Industries, where she started as a Press Machine Operator and went on to become the Chief Financial Officer and the Comptroller of the company. Jennifer was always brilliant with numbers and solving problems. She loved the employees there and treated them as family. She had worked at Sohacki Industries for 15 years and was still currently employed at the time of her passing.
Jenn was devoted to her family and faith. Her abilities as a mother and wife were infinite. Jenn lived to play and teach her boys. She would play baseball outside, make forts, play board games, trucks, trains, and puzzles. Her passion for teaching thrived with her children. She always had a knack of being able to simply explain a problem in a way her kids would understand. Jenn would always put someone else’s needs in front of her own. Her determination, unselfishness, and love for God, family, and country were absolutely exemplary and will never be forgotten.
Jenn was preceded in death by her father Joseph R. Levesque. Jennifer leaves behind a loving family. She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend of 13 years, Richard Uhrie, and their three sons James, Connor, and Matthew. She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Janet Sohacki; her siblings, William Levesque, Thomas Sohacki, Jr, Letebrehan Sohacki Abera (Zola), Lisa Sohacki Moore (Brian), Joshua Sohacki (Madison), and Joelly Sohacki.
