John Arthur Healy III, age 65 of Jacksonville Beach, Florida passed away unexpectedly in his home on Monday, September 19, 2016. John known to many as Trip was born September 13, 1951 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was the son of John Arthur Healy Jr. and Betty Joyce. John retired from the city of Jacksonville in 1998 after 25 years working as a construction inspector.
John was preceded in death by his father John Arthur Healy Jr, his mother Betty Poston, and his stepfather Burt Poston.
John is survived by his sister Deborah Hester and her husband Donald of Callahan, Florida; his brother Rick Poston; his daughters Aimee Mcbeth and her husband Jimmy McNamara of Forsyth, Missouri, and Sarah Donohue and her husband Justin of Homosassa, Florida. John also leaves behind five grandchildren Audrey and Katrina Mcbeth, Aidan and Lorelai Donohue, and Tristan McNamara, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Cremation is being handled by Corey Kerlin Funeral Home on Rowe Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida. Memorial services to be announced.
