She is preceded in death by her parents Johnnie J. and Annie Lee Collins; her husband Horace S. Costner; son James T. Costner (Tim); grandson James T. Costner (Jamie); siblings Wayne Collins, Johnnie J. Collins Jr, and Naomi Riley.
She is survived by her granddaughters Erica (Robert) Van Matre, and Amanda (Eric Sr) Burke; great grandchildren Eric Burke, Peyton Van Matre, Raymond Van Matre; sisters Louise Urquhart, Mary Florence; sister-in-law Annette Collins; daughter in law Marsha (Richard) Parrish; several Nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Juanita loved the Lord and her family with all her heart.

A visitation for Juanita will be held Friday, January 24, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32211, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. We will then process to Arlington Park Cemetery where she will be laid to rest.
