Kathy McLean Bote’ passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring Hospice in Jacksonville, FL after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Jeff Bote’, twin boys Luke Bote’ and Logan Bote’, a daughter Crystal Bote’, father William Lawrence McLean, mother Julia Maxine McLean, brother Larry McLean, sister-in-law Denise McLean, mother-in-law Bess C. Anderson, brother-in-law Mark Bote’ his wife Patty Bote’, brother-in-law Mike Anderson his wife Jen Anderson, 10 nieces and nephews, many Aunts and Uncles and hundreds of cousins.
Kathy graduated from FCCJ with an AA Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Florida. She achieved Phi Alpha Theta International Society in History. She worked as a Commercial Account Executive for Bisbee Baldwin and J.P. Perry Insurance Company. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 in the chapel of Oaklawn.
