OWENS - Kevin James Owens 36 years old, born October 17, 1983 in Grand Prarie, Texas, went to be with the Lord on June 17, 2020. Kevin worked as a tradesman, repairing headliners, landscaping, surveying land, and many other trades. Kevin was a free spirit that had a way of connecting with anyone he met and loved making others laugh. Most of all, Kevin was a caring soul that loved his family. He was preceded in death by his Father Vick Owens, survived by his sons Bryce and Colton Owens, his daughter Addison Owens, Mother Betty Mendonca, Step-father Adam Mendonca, Brothers Dusty Owens, Jesse Owens Jr, Sisters Kegan Gonzalez, Vicky Florence, Jenny Owens, Tasia Neagler, Jessica Owens, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd.
