Kimberley Ann Horn passed away on April 9, 2026, in Jacksonville Florida due to natural causes.
Kim was a beloved partner, sister and aunt. She is survived by her partner of 27 years, John Sadler; her brother, Rob Horn, and his wife Tammy of Jacksonville Florida; her sister Jennifer Anderson and her husband, Mark, of Jacksonville Florida.
She is also survived by her nieces and nephew: Cassy Russell and her husband, Larry, of Bismarck North Dakota; Rachel Horn of Macon, Georgia; Nicole Anderson of Jacksonville, Florida and Tyler Anderson of Jacksonville, Florida. She is further survived by two great-nephews, Law and Zane.
Kim was preceded in death by her mother, Joan; her father Bob; and brother Craig.
Kim loved music, especially rock, the color purple, cats and spending time with John. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, April 15, 2026 at Oaklawn Cemetery.
