Larrie Sutton Bradford was born on May 28, 1938 in Jacksonville, FL and passed on September 28, 2025. Larrie attended Mercer University where she was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. She also attended Florida State University.
Larrie met her husband, Gale on a blind date. The two were married in Lake City, FL on May 7, 1961. They were married 58 years.
Larrie worked for State Farm Insurance Company in Jacksonville, Florida. After retiring in December of 1998, she spent much of her time serving others and traveling.
Gale and Larrie were charter members of Mandarin Presbyterian Church and later attended Christian Family Chapel. Larrie, a devoted wife and mother is survived by her children Neal (Carrie Bradford of Denver, CO), Cynthia (of Jacksonville, FL), and Bryan (Kevin Hatfield of Seattle, WA).
She had a zeal for life and loved cooking, traveling, singing in the choir, studying the Bible and fellowshipping with her family and friends. Larrie frequently stated that “God was the strength of her heart”. She demonstrated this in life and even during her last days upon this earth. She would want others to find daily strength in Christ no matter the situation.
