Larry Eugene Buchanan, 72, passed away October 22, 2013, of a long-standing heart condition. He was born in Ohio. He and his family moved to Jacksonville when he was 6 years old. Survivors include his wife, Linda; 2 children Alan and Sheri; a sister, Barbara Berlin; 2 grandchildren Chase and Kaylee.
Larry loved fishing and football. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, camping and vacationing with them. When you visited he liked to cook for you. He was a gentle and kind man who will be missed by all who knew him.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Evergreen Cemetery at 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206 (904-353-3649).
