Larry Michael Putman, age 61, passed away on November 30, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born March 3, 1954 in Norfolk, VA, the son of the late Woodrow and Mary Putman. Larry served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1975 as a Paratrooper. He was a published author who wrote “Dedicated Individual Combat Killers.” He is survived by his son, Thomas Roy Putman; daughter, Saryna Putman Young; step-daughters, Shawna Marlow Glasco, Cristian Marlow Gonzales; brothers, Stanley C. Putman, James T. Hargiss, Woodrow L. Putman, Jr.; sister, Linda Vencil; grandchildren, Ryker Eli Putman, Teá Young, Eisley Young, Lila Young, Chelsea Sahleen. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 5 in the family home of Lana, 9188 Prosperity Lake Dr. Jacksonville, FL 32244.
