She was predeceased by her husband, DeLessep Alan DeLoach, a son, D.W “Buzzy” DeLoach and her daughter Donna Jean Ammons. She is survived by three grandchildren, Alan DeLoach and John Ammons both of Jacksonville and Debbie Dougherty.. She is also survived by her sister, Fay Carol and two brothers, Walter and PeeWee and five great-grandchildren, Jessee, Kalan, Carlin, Wyatt and Jaxon.
A visitation will be held on Saturday August 20, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a funeral service conducted at 11:00 AM at the Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207. Interment will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
