A homemaker, she was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School.
She is predeceased by her parents, Harvey M. and Annie Jackson, her brother, Harvey M. Jackson, Jr., her sister, Dorothy Wells, and her husband of 48 years, John W. “Jay” Kesler.
She is survived by her son, John, daughter, Kathy, granddaughter, Heather, nieces, Suzanne Norris, Sherry Adams, Cindy Hartsfield, Vicki Kesler, and nephew, Tommy Kesler.
A memorial service will be held Thursday Dec. 1 at 3:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, 118 E. Monroe Street with Rev. Robert Morris officiating. The family will receive friends at a reception at the church immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to N. E. Florida Community Hospice or to The First Presbyterian Church in the name of Marjorie Kesler.
