

Master Lee Carter was born in Sunflower, Mississippi to Roosevelt Carter and Beatrice Carter-Hill on May 8, 1957. He spent most of his life in New Orleans, Louisiana, but later relocated to Jacksonville, Florida in 2007 where he departed from this life on July 2, 2012 at the age of 55.
Master enjoyed life to the fullest. He spent a lot of time enjoying his favorite pass times such as fishing, playing with the kids, and watching football. His favorite team was the New Orleans Saints and nothing was more enjoyable to him than watching them play and beating the Jacksonville Jaguars. This was time spent with family, the one thing that he cherished most of all.
He leaves to cherish his memories Sisters; Marylene (Gilbert) Mitchell of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Denise (Claude) Chavis, Jacksonville, Florida, Patricia Ann Barrett of Toledo, Ohio, Brothers; George (Gloria) Briggs of East St. Louis, Illinois, Jerry (Gwen) Brown, Murphy Texas, Henry Brown Sr. New Orleans, Louisiana. Aunt, Verciner Davis of New Orleans Louisiana. Uncle John P. Brown of Toledo, Ohio. Nephews & Nieces, Anthony M. ( Lacreshia) Anderson Jr., Timothy L. Wilson II, Dennis Williams, Corey Carter, Roy Williams Jr. Doniese (David) Ekhaguere, Troy Williams (Deceased) Shavonne Brown, Tara Brown, Henry Brown Jr. Lakeisha Brown. A host of cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by both parents and one sister, Kim Brown.
