Michael Allan Benso

BENSO, Michael Allan Benso, 49, left behind his loving wife Trina, of 20 years, and a beautiful daughter Angela, suddenly on Thursday, February 3, 2011. Mike was a native of Melrose Park, Illinois, moved to Jacksonville in 1969 and graduated from Bishop Kenny in 1979. He was a co-owner of Express Printing and a member of Deerfield Park Golf Club Association. Mike’s greatest joy and love was his wife and daughter. He also enjoyed golfing, fishing and playing cards with his buddies; as well as spending time in Orlando with his family, enjoying a good roller coaster ride with Angela. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Benso. Mike is survived by his wife, Trina; his daughter, Angela Michael Benso; his mother, Theresa Benso; two Brothers, Anthony Benso (Elizabeth) and John Benso (Fran); many nieces, nephews and other loving family and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 7 in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue, with Fr. Jose Kulathinal officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1431 Broward Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
