Milburn was predeceased by his parents Milburn Sr. and Betty Blanton and his brother Phil Blanton. He leaves behind his oldest sister Debra Clevenger and his son and daughter in-law Jeremy and Stephanie Blanton, also nieces and nephews.
He was a good man who enjoyed talking with friends and family. He enjoyed watching his Jaguars play, spending time with his son Jeremy and his daughter in-law Stephanie. He will be missed by many.
A memorial service for Milburn will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 5:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, followed by a reception from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
