Nancy Jean Mann, 85, died June 16, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida. Nancy was born and spent most of her early years in Detroit, Michigan. She moved to the Tampa Bay area in her early twenties after moving her parents to Tampa. She then settled in Jacksonville where she worked as an executive secretary for Russell B. Newton, Jr. for 35 years and retired at age 65. She enjoyed her retirement spending time with family and friends, traveling and reading. She enjoyed watching her grandson, Ryan, play ball and granddaughter, Ashley, performing in plays and show choir. Nancy was predeceased by her father, Thomas A. Mann and mother, Pamela V. Mann. She is survived by her daughters, Laura Squires (Richard) and Sandy Miller (Ray); granddaughter, Ashley; grandson, Ryan (Lindsay); two granddogs, Bryant and Dixie and a host of extended family and friends.
