Mrs. Waters passed away on Tuesday, April 26 at The Isle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fleming Island.

Mrs. Waters was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Waters, Sr. She is survived by four sons: Jimmy (Linda); Joe (Linda); Roy (Joan); John (Terry) and one daughter; Mary Ann Dubois (Tom); and 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Northeast Florida Community Hospice.
