Patricia O’Riley Carter, 82, passed away on June 23, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on April 24, 1935 in Simpsonville, SC to the late, Rachel Lanford O’Riley Hutto and George T. O’Riley. Patricia moved to Jacksonville in 1972 and is a member of Mandarin United Methodist. Her greatest accomplishment is her love for her family and the Lord. She is predeceased by the love of her life and husband of 51 years, Donald H. Carter and her grandchild, Corey Carter. She is survived by her son, Donnie Carter; daughter, Sherry (Ken) Armistead; grandchildren, Rachel Belew and Rebecca Kirk; and brother, Johnny D. (Loretta) Hutto.
