

Patrick was born in Berea, Ohio on July 4, 1958. He is one of seven siblings who all still reside in Ohio. He graduated from high school in 1977 and enjoyed driving and working on cars.
He met his wife, Linda Jacobs Nehring while visiting Daytona Beach, Florida. They were married and had 3 beautiful children. Patrick began working for Linda's father, Charles Allen Jacobs at the Jacobs Dairy, driving a milk route. While residing in Daytona Beach, Patrick also worked for Martin Paving and Martin Construction.
On April 21, 1995, Patrick and his family moved to Jacksonville to work with his father-in-law, Charles Jacobs, on a Pepperidge Farm vending route. Patrick was always known as "the Goldfish and Cookie guy". Patrick delivered these favorite snacks to area Publix, Target, Winn Dixie and Walmart stores for 27 years until he retired.
Patrick enjoyed his classic cars (1956 Packard Clipper, 1980 Oldsmobile 98, 1983 Oldsmobile 98) and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents, his son, Patrick Paul, 2019 and his wife Linda Louise, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Kristan, daughter Elishia, daughter Toshua, daughter Angelica, grandchildren Gracie, Dylan, Lily, Jacob; step-children, Joshua, Jennifer, Jessica (Douglas), step-grandchildren Colton, Nala, Abigail, Ava, Holley; brother Jim, sister Cheryl, sister Charlene (Billy), Brother Mike, Brother Paul (Debbie), sister Paula (Clifford), and nieces, nephews and cousins. Patrick will be greatly missed by his family, friends and community.
A visitation for Patrick will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Legacy Lodge, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207. A committal service will occur Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. A reception following the interment will occur Tuesday, July 2, 2024, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207.
