Paul was born March 25, 1954, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Tom and Lillian Blount. After attending Andrew Jackson high school, Paul went on to work at Atlantic Marine and Dry dock as a machinist.
Paul's passion's included working in his garage rebuilding, fixing, and making new projects in his garage and spending time with his two daughters Marci and Crystal Blount. One of his favorite vehicles to work on was a Volkswagen bus.
He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Paul enjoyed watching movies, and watching fox news. Paul was a very smart man, if you had a question or needed help with something Paul was your go to guy for nearly everything. He will surely be missed.
