Paul Roy Cox, 63, passed away Monday, August 19, 2019 in Jacksonville, FL. He was a native of Jacksonville born on April 25, 1956 to John Joshua Cox and Doris Ratliff-Cox. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Terrie; a daughter, Jennifer Fisher(Ryan); a son, Bryan Cox(Erin); two brothers, Robert Cox(Carol) and John Cox(Betty); five precious grandchildren: Meghan, Ryleigh, John, Preston and Jayden. Paul was a great father and the best papa. He loved to fish, camp and cook. One of his passions was supporting his grandkids at their events and sport functions. He was their biggest cheerleader. Following high school, Paul served 16 years in the Air Force/Air National Guard and went on to retire after 20 plus years of service as an electrician with Miller Electric. This lead him to living his dream with wife, Terrie, traveling in their RV and visiting family across the U.S. Paul never met a stranger.
