St. John’s, Florida – Philip Ward Leeber, 75, died Thursday at 1:20 A.M. in Jacksonville, FL from kidney failure. Born October 15, 1939 in Beckley, West Virginia, he was the son of Anthony P. Leeber and Helen Ward Leeber.
Mr. Leeber obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Concord University (1961) and an M.B.A. from The George Washington University in Healthcare Administration (1964). He was mentioned in the Who’s Who of America for his academic achievements.
Survivors include his wife Vivian D. Leeber; a son, P. Jason Leeber; a daughter, Shannon D. Leeber and two grandchildren Kannon and Mason.
Mr. Leeber’s family will have a graveside service at Oaklawn Cemetery on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10 a.m., where he will be laid to rest.
