KAMINSKY Phyllis Maxine Kaminsky, 86, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2011 after a lengthy illness. Ms. Kaminsky was born July 4, 1924 in Brookville , Pennsylvania to Clair and Esther Brocious and had lived in Jacksonville since 1957. She had been a champion bowler winning many trophies. She enjoyed playing all kinds of cards and scrabble but mostly loved playing games with her great-grandchildren. She was a member of Fort Caroline Methodist Church .Survivors include her daughters, Kim Burgess (J. Frank) and Karen Langford (Tom); a sister, Claire Henry (Reid); 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many other wonderful relatives and friends. A memorial service for Phyllis will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 29, at Fort Caroline Methodist Church , 8510 Ft. Caroline Rd. with Rev Karl Wiggins, Pastor, officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Fort Caroline Methodist Church in her memory.
