Pio Tariman Timones

TIMONES - Mr. Pio Tariman Timones, Jr., 82, of Jacksonville, Fl passed away May 11, 2019. He was born in Bato, Catanduanes, Philippines January 24, 1937, to the late Pio Basister Timones, Sr and Nieves Tariman Timones. He also preceded in death by his brothers Ruben T. Timones, Eduardo T. Timones and sister Conchita T. Timones.

Pio proudly served and retired from the United States Navy. He also worked and retired with the IRS. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce. Pio is survived by his wife of 56 yrs, Joan Ellen Grady Timones. Sons, Pio Carlos Timones III (Janie) Christopher Jorge Timones (Thess) daughters Charito Lee Timones, Tina Lynn Silva (Nathan). He also leaves behind 10 beautiful grandchildren, Christian, Kayla, Tyler, Austin, Braxton, Kirsten, Chloe, Ethan, Caleb, and Brock, who he loved with all his heart. Also surviving brothers are Jorge T.Timones, Victor T. Timones, Reynaldo T. Timones, and sisters Josefina T. Sevilla, Emma T. Camara, and Leila T. Dougherty, as well as each of their spouses. Pio T. Timones Jr was truly loved by ALL and will be missed greatly by many life long friends and extended family.

The viewing for Pio will be held on Thursday, May 16th from 5pm-7pm at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl 32211.

The Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 17th at 11:30 am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Rd. N., Jacksonville, Fl 32211.

Internment ceremony will be held directly after mass at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd.,Jacksonville, Fl 32218.
