Rafael E. Tur, 83, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday, August 20, 2022. He was born in Oriente, Cuba on October 7, 1938 to Luis Alfredo Tur and Josefa Batista-Garcia. He served his country in the US Army.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Minerva.
Services for Rafael are scheduled for this Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 11:30AM in Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors.
