Ray Adam Smith, age 91, passed away on July 28, 2018.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 1 from 4-6 p.m. in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 2 at 11 a.m. in Deermeadows Baptist Church, 9780 Baymeadows Rd. Jacksonville, FL. Interment to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
