

BRZOZOWSKIRaymond Kenneth Brzozowski passed away with his family by his side on June 15th, 2012. Ray was born in Jersey City, NJ in 1936 and lived the past 38 years in Jacksonville, Florida. Ray served 3 years in the US Marine Corps during the Korean war and later worked 38 years in the U.S. Postal Service. Ray was known as a generous, caring person who volunteered almost 35 years with the Arlington Lions Club. He was a member of the American Legion Post 283. He loved family, food and fishing and cared deeply about helping others. Ray is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Teresa, his children Robert, Patricia, and Diane, his affectionately adopted daughter Cheryl, son-in-law Stuart, cherished grandson Dylan, and sisters Carol, Mary and Pat. His family will receive friends from 6 pm - 8 pm Monday, June 18th, 2012 with a Prayer Vigil service at 7 pm in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd, Jacksonville, Fl, 32211. The Celebration of the Mass will be on Tuesday, June 19th, 11 am at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3383 University Boulevard North, Jacksonville, Fl 32277. Reception immediately following in the Parrish Hall. The family would like to thank all those who loved and cared for Ray, especially in these last few precious months.
