He was the son of Luther Perry & Eyvonne Perry both deceased. Raymond was preceded in death by his son Raymond Allen Perry Jr.. Raymond leaves behind two daughters Cindy Williams her husband Scott, Tina Dukes her husband Billy three grandchildren Brad, Lee Allen & Alyssa.
