Richard Charles "Rick" Drabick

Rick moved to Florida in the early 80’s where he began a successful career in the automotive industry. Rick enjoyed playing golf with his friends and watching his favorite sports teams – Ohio State Football, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians. Rick was very involved with the Elks, a member of various lodges for a combined 40 years, with his recent affiliation with the Mandarin St. John’s Elks Lodge #2866. Rick was very active in supporting Veterans and volunteered frequently at Clyde E Lassen nursing home in St. Augustine, Florida.

Rick was a passionate family man and his memory will be cherished by his wife Patricia Drabick and all others whose lives he touched.

Rick will be joining his mother, Mary Jane Drabick and father, Daniel Drabick in heaven.

Rick is survived by his wife, Patricia Drabick; children, Kenneth McBride and Amanda McBride; siblings, Nancy (Jeff) Buxton, Margaret (Pierre) Boyd, Timothy Drabick, Daniel Drabick Jr; sister in law, Laura (Gary) Miley; and 3 nieces and 3 nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday, August 28 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 29 at 10am at the funeral home.
