Richard Francis "Frank" Farmer, Jr. went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Friday May 18, 2024. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Francis Farmer, Sr., mother, Ruth Lenore Lee Farmer and sister Linda Lee Farmer. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lyda Ellen Farmer, son, Richard Eric Farmer and daughter, Lauren Marie Trosclair.
After graduating from Andrew Jackson High School and The University of West Florid, Richard, "also known as Frank", began his 35 year career as a Commercial Real estate Appraiser.
As a man of faith, he loved God, his family, friends and all of humanity. He was good-humored and loved to tell jokes. His friends, family, co-workers and neighbors well remember his awesome Tarzan yell.
There will be a visitation at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL, 32211, on Friday, May 24th from 4:00 PM to 6 PM, The funeral will be Saturday, May 25th, at 12 noon at Destination Church, 88 Arlington Road No., Jacksonville, FL 32211, where he was a member.
