Richard Kelley Osborn, 51, of Jacksonville Florida died February 26, 2025. He was born on June 19, 1973 and adopted by Pat and Elizabeth Osborn on April 8,1981. He married Amy Riviere on August 11, 1996. Richard was an Electrician by trade since 2001.
From an early age, Richard loved the beach, surfing, boating, and especially fishing. In recent years, he added golf to his interests and absolutely loved it. Richard was also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and if you weren’t, he would try to make you one.
Richard was a wonderful husband, and the best father to Kaitlyn and Tyler. He was also very fond of his 4 dachshunds, Penny, Billy, Frankie, and Angel, whom he loved so much.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth and Pat Osborn. He is survived by wife, Amy; daughter, Kaitlyn; son, Tyler; sister, Robin (Mark); and nephews, Mark, John, Richard-James, Julian and brother-in-law, TJ.
