Rob was a special person who loved everyone and brought happiness wherever he went. He was vibrant, magnetic, funny and respectful. You might be a stranger when you met, but would feel loved when you parted. A friend who knew him well said, ”Robbie had to go through so much in his short life, 15 or so surgeries and the loss of his best friend Brandon, who he will now lie beside eternally. Rob was an old soul in a young man’s body. He will be deeply missed by his friends and forever loved by his family.
Rob attended Bartram Trail High school where he played varsity football. After graduating he went on to the University of Central Florida where he graduated with a degree in Hospitality/Entertainment Management.
He is survived by his parents Arthur and Mary Borde of St Augustine, his (sometimes) supportive brother Arthur Borde of San Diego, CA, his grandmother Geraldine Hricik of Greensburg, PA, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins spread out across the globe.
