Robert Lee Miller Jr.

Robert was born with Cerebral Palsey and was wheelchair bound his entire life. He never let his disability get in the way of living life to fullest. Robert was known for his big smile, his laughter and above all his love for life. Robert was very intelligent he took care of all of his personal business. He traveled to camps in Malibu Ca. and the Great Lakes. He went on many cruises. He loved to garden and fishing.

He was truly an inspiration to all that knew him. He never met a stranger.

Robert will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his loving Grandparents Arthur J. Nettles and Dorothy Lorraine Nettles, his Uncles Arthur Donald Nettles and Michael Lee Nettles. Robert is survived by his loving Parents Billy Gene Finegan and Carleen Finegan, brother Richard Miller Holly Allen) sisters Robin Rogers (George Gibbs Jr.), Wanda Williams, Sandra Finegan, Dana Chase (David Chase) Nephews, Carl Michael Raulerson (Crystal Owens)Joe Carl Roger’s III, Arthur J. Rogers(Bianca Rogers), Tommy Hutchinson, Melvin Hutchinson, Timothy Kelle(Jenny Kille), Joshua Kelle(Angel Kelle),David Kelle, Nieces, Crystal Hall(Rodney Hall),Betty Layton and Selena Hutchinson, and Joe Carl Rogers Jr.(Diane Rogers)who has been as close as a bother.

A visitation will be held on December 15, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home PA, located at 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32211.

The funeral service will follow at the same location at 2:00 pm.

The committal service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
