Daughter of Commander H.P. and Marion Beebe passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012. She is survived by her sister, Sharon Beebe of Jacksonville, her children, Kelly Larsen and her fiancé, Jay Thompson and her son, Joe Larsen and his wife, Cathy. A wonderful mother and friend, she was an active volunteer with the Channel 7 Auctions and the Supervisor of Elections office for many years. She was an "adoptive" mom for a lot of kids in Fruit Cove. Later, she shared her joy of travel with her River City Travel friends and the people she met around the world. Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, she fought her illness with grace, strength and dignity; she served as an inspiration to her family and friends. Fly, proud Bee, you are now free. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation to eliminate GDPD or the VFW to support our troops.
