Terence V. Collins

Terence V. Collins, 84, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011. He was born on May 23, 1927 in Stotesbury, West Virginia. Terence was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Collins. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Amelia M. Collins; 2 sons, Michael Collins (Melissa) and Christopher Collins (Cheryl); 3 daughters, Elizabeth Collins, Cathleen McQuade (Joseph) and Eileen Swetnam (David); 2 sisters, Joan Robertson and Mary Auble (Neil) and 7 grandchildren. The family visitation to greet friends will be from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Hardage-Giddens Blanding Funeral Home, 5753 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32244. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 11:00am, St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 1773 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32210.
