Teresa Lee Boland

Teresa Lee Boland, 75 passed away peacefully on Sunday April 2nd, 2023, from complications due to multiple myeloma. Teresa (Terry) was born on January 7th, 1948, in Frederick, MD to the late Joseph M. and Sarah White Boland of Gaithersburg, MD. Terry graduated from Holy Cross Academy in Rockville, MD in 1966 and went on after graduation to work at IBM. Terry moved to Florida with lifelong family friends, Mike & Shelley Atnip in 1973 and resided in Jacksonville, Fl where she worked for thirty-five plus years in the mortgage industry.

Terry is survived by her loving sisters, Kathy Jamison (Jamie) of Dickerson, MD and Mary (Bill) of Middleton, MD. Nephews, Joseph, Patrick, and Michael Jamison of Poolesville, MD and David Haugh of Frederick, MD and Robert Haugh of California.

Terry leaves behind her Florida family the late John Atnip, Shelley Atnip, Michael S Atnip (Susan, Joseph, Jessica) Angela Baxley (Jim, and Katelyn) Marie Moon (AL & Will) Matthew Atnip (Sheena & Liam) James D Atnip (Cindy), Jennifer Feber (Adam, Landon, & Luke) and Hugh Thomas Atnip (Lyttle).

Terry was a godmother to Michael, Angela, Marie, & Matthew. Terry provided the strength of a family member and the comfort of friendship their entire life. Terry was a loving and caring soul with a sense of humor, and she loved the Lord.

There will be a memorial service celebrating Terry’s life at 2:00 pm, Monday April 24th at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 2140 St. Johns Bluff Rd S., Jacksonville, Fl 32246.
