ERNST....Thomas "Thom" E. Ernst, Jr., 41, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Melissa; who was also his best friend. Mr. Ernst loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles, Johnny Cash and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Because of his big heart, he was well loved and had many friends. In addition to his wife, Melissa, Mr. Ernst is survived by his mother, Nancy Bostaph; father, Thomas Ernst, Sr.; daughter, Sydney Ernst; 3 step daughters, Taylor Wilson, Raygen Turner, and Kelly Dean; step son, Zachary Wilson; sister, Jennifer Davis (Scott); brother, Todd Ernst (Candie); 1 niece and 3 nephews. Mr. Ernst's Memorial Service, with Military Honors, will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21st at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., FL 32211. His uncle, Pastor Larry Hays will officiate. In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations to the account of Melissa Ernst (for the family of Thomas Ernst) at any Navy Federal Credit Union, Jacksonville, FL.
