A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 13 at Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Jarman officiating. Interment will follow at Davis Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Andy was preceded in death by his father, Ted Hoffman and a brother, Clark Hoffman.
He is survived by his Mother, Bernice Hoffman of Richlands; Brother, Mark Hoffman of Richlands; Sister, Ann Hoffman of Jacksonville; two Nephews, Ryan and Nicholas Hoffman and two Nieces, Bethany Martin and Renee Hoffman.
