He was a member of the Centerview Baptist Church. Clifford was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force.
A Memorial Service will be held at Centerview Baptist Church, Piney Green Rd., Jacksonville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 with Reverend Michael Schwalm officiating.
He is survived by his wife: Eliza Britton Young; step son: Donald Westbrook of Midway Park; step daughters: Kimberly Waddell of San Diego, Cal., Carolyn Collins of San Diego, Cal., Amy Fort of Virginia Beach, Va., Lori Myers of Mobile, Ala.
