A Funeral Service will be Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Kelly Barr officiating.
Ethan is survived by his parents: Carlos and Lisa Fraticelli; brothers: Dominic Larsen of the home, Michael Moore, III of Buffalo, NY; sister: Mya Hernandez of the home; grandparents: James and Debra Hernandez of Jacksonville, Carlos and Rosa Fraticelli of Lehigh Acres, Fla.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
