He is preceded in death by his wife Jeanne Reed.
Jackie is survived by his brother Randy Reed of Jacksonville and his sister Ann Reed Sharpton of Atlanta, GA.
Those who cared for him wish to thank all who visited in the hospital and at his home during his time of need.
