A Celebration of Life will be held at the Community Center in Surf City from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, 2017. A Pre gathering will be at the Southside Park in Surf City at 5:00 p.m.
She is survived by her parents: Troy Levin (Brooke) of Jacksonville, Kelly Swindle of Jacksonville; brothers: Patrick Levin, Bradley Levin both of the home; sister: Isabella Levin of the home.
