Norman Jukus

He was born July 25, 1935 to John and Francis Jukus in Pennsylvania. He proudly and honorably served his country in the USMC for 15 years. He later opened his own paint business and worked civil service. After retiring he did catering.

He was extremely proud of his children Robert Jukus & Orda Garner of Maysville, Lisa Griffin & Steve of Richlands, son Timothy Jukus of California. He was proud of his grandchildren Samatha Jordan & Matt, Stephen Griffin III & Jessica, Jason Jukus, Ashley Pierce & Stevie & Brice Jukus. His great grandchildren Mason, Bridgett, Brooke and Cameron. He is also survived by his brother Leonard, and sister Jeaninne and faithful companion fur baby Daisy.

He is proceeded in death by his loving beautiful wife of 21 years Mary Jukus, companion Wanda Liggett, sisters Bernie, Francis, and Della, brothers Raymond, and John.

A Funeral service will be held at 6:30pm, Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home in Jacksonville NC with Steve Evans officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, from 5:00pm-6:30pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home, and at other times at the home of Lisa Griffin.

Burial will follow at 11:00 am, Friday, September 1, 2017 at Dogwood Memorial Park Maysville Cemetery.
