Ruth Davis Gwynn, 83 of Richlands, passed away Saturday morning at her home.
Ruth is survived by her sons Sammy Gwynn (Debra) of Saluda, NC, Wade Gwynn (Flora) of Richlands, and Charles Gwynn (Marie) of Richlands, her daughters Phyllis Willaford (James) of New Palestine, IN, and Jan Parker (Tom) of Hiddenite, NC, her sister Betty Hobbs Pierce of Richlands, 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation for Ruth will be held on Tuesday evening at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville from 6 – 9 PM. Services will be held on Wednesday afternoon also at Johnson Funeral Home of Jacksonville at 1:00 PM with pastors Chris Jarman and Drew Parker officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Davis Family Cemetery of Nine Mile.
