Janice Gail Guthrie, 73, of Carbon Hill, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017, at Brookwood Baptist Health-Princeton Baptist Medical Center. The family will receive friends today, May 24, 2017, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel, with burial at Carbon Hill Memorial Cemetery. Phillip Harkness will officiate. Guthrie was preceded in death by her parents, Olan Baird and Offie Baird; grandchild, Trey Evans; and sister, June Sullivan. She is survived by her husband, Edward Guthrie; children, Tammy Manasco (Randy), Beth Aldridge, Tracy Skinner (Steve), Teresa Gilbert (Gary), and Marsha Morrow (Cecil); grandchildren, Chad Manasco (Bekah), Micah Skinner, Meagan Fox (Michael), Christopher Aldridge and Blake Sims; and great-grandchildren, Madison Fox and Cruz Manasco.
